4 stars The Yoga of Sound
The word Yoga may not be revelation... however, the secret ingredient within will finally show you how to make your mind your servant - not your master. I can tell you from my own experience that the level of expansiveness in the meditation can best be described as amazing. It's simple, yet POWERFUL and it continues to change the way I look at life, literally your awareness goes through the roof!
